Stay away from POP-Mail!

I’m having tough time explaining why Outlook is downloading all 14,000 emails again. Well, that’s because Yahoo! Small Business email is POP-based. I’m moving the email service to Gmail which supports IMAP.

  Just switched it to IMAP and now I can sleep. No more angry phone calls from the office.
